SurveyPlus > Survey Reports
After the Survey has ended, the Meeting Host can view the Survey Results. The Survey Results View will list out the Questions along with the Responses and a graph of how each Question was answered.
To view reports, select the "View Reports" option from the Survey menu. This will bring you to the "By Questions" Report.
There are two reports that you can view from within the Survey Pod:

The "By Questions" Report
The "By Questions" report lists all the questions in the survey, along with the answer distribution for each question. By default, results are shown for all meeting sessions.
Meeting Session Filter. By default, results are shown for all meeting sessions. However, you can also filter results by individual meeting sessions by selecting which session to display reports for.
Downloading an Excel Report. Clicking on the "Download Report" button downloads the "By Questions" Excel report.
The "By Users" Report
The "By Users" report lists all the users that have taken the survey along with how they have answered each question. All the users that have taken the Survey are listed in the report, along with the questions in the survey.
